MAKNA JILBAB :)
memiliki makna:
1. Kerudung besar
yang menutupi semua anggota badan, sebagaimana penjelasan Imam
Al-Qurthubi (Tafsir Al-Qurthubi 14/232).
2. Pakaian yang menutupi semua anggota badan wanita,
sebagaimana yang dituturkan oleh Ibnu Mas’ud, Ubaidah, Qotadah, Hasan Basri, Said bin Jubair, Ibrahim An-Nakhoi dan Atho’ alKhurasani. (Lihat Tafsir Ibnu Katsir 6/424, AlMuhalla 3/219).
sebagaimana yang dituturkan oleh Ibnu Mas’ud, Ubaidah, Qotadah, Hasan Basri, Said bin Jubair, Ibrahim An-Nakhoi dan Atho’ alKhurasani. (Lihat Tafsir Ibnu Katsir 6/424, AlMuhalla 3/219).
(Lihat Tafsir
Ad-Durul Mansur 6/657, Tafsir AlBaidhowy 4/284, Tafsir An-Nasafi 3/453 581,
Fathul Qadir 4/304, Ibnu Katsir 6/424 dan Tafsir Abu Su’ud 7/108).

1. Large veil that covers all the limbs, as Imam Al-Qurtubi explanation (Tafsir Al-Qurtubi 14/232).
2. Clothing that covers all her limbs, as narrated by Ibn Mas'ud, Ubaidah, Qotadah, Hasan Basri, Sa'eed ibn Jubayr, Ibrahim An-Nakhoi and Atho 'alKhurasani. (See Tafseer Ibn Katheer, 6/424, AlMuhalla 3/219).

6. Clothing similar large veil that covers all of the body, as narrated by Ibn Abbas and Ibn Mas'ud. (See Tafseer AtsTsa'labi 2/581).
From the above we can draw the conclusion that the hijab is not a veil that hung around his neck, not too thin-looking hair scarf or veil that only cover part of hair behind her, nor countryman kopyah veil or scarf around his neck that look that only cover the top of the head like mother nun and her breasts visible Nashraniatau veil, nor a small shawl worn around his right shoulder.
